Base Layout Analysis
This TH18 Progress Base is built around a clearly intentional heart-shaped wall display, making the decorative symbol its defining feature rather than simply a storage area for spare walls. The heart sits at the centre of the upgrade layout, while defences, resources, heroes and village utility buildings are organised around its outer edges. It is a Progress Base for players who want their upgrade village to remain practical while also displaying a recognisable design.
Heart-Shaped Wall Design
The wall arrangement forms a large heart motif with a visible upper split and a pointed lower end. This is not an ordinary wall grid or standard defensive compartment pattern. The heart is the visual focus of the village and gives the layout a personal display quality while keeping the wall collection together in one clear area. It should be named and presented as a Heart-Shaped Progress Base, with the heart design treated as the first priority.
Upgrade Organisation
Outside the heart, village buildings are separated into workable groups so the layout remains useful during active upgrades. Defensive structures are placed in recognisable clusters, while resource buildings and utility structures stay easy to locate without being mixed into a conventional defensive base. The hero area is also kept visible at the side, making it simple to check ongoing hero upgrades or compare upgrade levels across the group.
Wall Management
Although the walls create a decorative heart, the layout still works as a practical wall-progress display. The grouped wall pieces let the player see the overall condition of the wall set immediately rather than searching through a normal multiplayer layout. It is better suited to checking broad wall progress than working through tiny isolated wall batches, because the completed and unfinished pieces remain part of one central visual design.
Building Groups
The surrounding layout keeps major village categories distinct from the heart. Resource buildings are held in clear outer groups, and defensive buildings are arranged in separate sections rather than filling the centre. This preserves the heart shape and prevents routine upgrades from making the village difficult to read. The outer placement also makes it convenient to select a specific category when deciding where the next builder should go.
Working Layout
Open space around the heart reduces clutter and keeps the decorative structure readable. This is a management and display layout, not a farming, trophy or war base, so it should be changed before relying on normal multiplayer defence.

Before You Copy This Base
- Match the Town Hall: confirm the layout is for your current Town Hall before opening the copy link.
- Inspect the structure: use the placement notes above to check the Town Hall, resource compartments and wall network that matter for your goal.
- Review your defenses: after copying, compare your own defense levels and watch replays so you can adjust traps or exposed buildings for the attacks you actually face.
