Information to Include in a Notice
For a notice to be complete, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the CocWarBase material you want reviewed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
How We Review Notices
We review complete notices in good faith. When appropriate, we may remove or disable access to material while we assess the request, ask for clarification, or take another action consistent with applicable law.

Counter Notices

Include your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, and the statements required by applicable law.
Third-Party Content and Trademarks
Names, logos, screenshots, game materials, videos, and other third-party materials may appear on CocWarBase for reference, identification, commentary, or informational context. Their owners retain their respective rights.

Repeat Concerns and Misrepresentations
